Risk Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management
Working in risk lets me experience all sides of the business. Working in the energy/utility sector, with risk I get to look at everything from project and construction risk to financial risk. It is a marvelous field to simultaneously apply all of my technical and environmental learnings while learning more about the business itself.
Being on the team that rebooted the risk program at our organization and seeing it become effective and valuable for the organization.
My boss, who I would also consider a mentor, without her I would not be where I am today.
Seize opportunities and enjoy the ride.
